Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the UseAIEasily website and product provided by UseAIEasily (Budapest, Hungary). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

UseAIEasily is a self-hosted, private AI customer-support platform. You run it on your own infrastructure; we provide the software, updates and (on paid plans) support. You are responsible for your deployment, your data, and lawful use of the product with your customers.

2. Plans & subscriptions

Paid features are offered on monthly subscription plans — Starter, Growth and Scale — at the prices shown on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Hungarian forint (HUF) and exclusive of any applicable VAT.

• Billing cycle. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payment processor. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We never see or store your full card details.
• Upgrades / downgrades. Changing plan takes effect from the next billing cycle unless the checkout indicates otherwise; feature access follows your current tier.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us or Stripe at checkout.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which paid features revert to the free tier. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods. If a charge is refunded, related access may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Free tier & fair use

A free tier may be available with usage limits. We may apply reasonable fair-use limits to protect the service. Paid tiers unlock higher limits and additional capabilities as described at purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use UseAIEasily unlawfully, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. The outbound-calling features must be used only for lawful, consented communications.

6. Your content & IP

You retain all rights to your data and knowledge base. We retain all rights to the UseAIEasily software. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for the duration of your subscription.

7. Availability & warranties

The software is provided "as is". Because you host it, availability depends on your infrastructure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
