Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of UseAIEasily services, including consulting, development engagements, AI courses, membership, and the content on this website. UseAIEasily operates from Budapest, Hungary.
1. Services
UseAIEasily provides AI consulting, AI development, AI security review, training, membership access, and productized AI offerings. Scope for any engagement is defined in a separate written agreement.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR or HUF where applicable. Subscription renewals continue until cancelled. Refund eligibility is defined per product at checkout.
3. Intellectual property
Course content, documentation, playbooks, and code templates are licensed for your internal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public publishing is prohibited without written consent.
4. Client deliverables
For paid engagements, deliverables created specifically for the client are assigned to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, patterns, and non-confidential insights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services or content to build systems that harm users, violate law, infringe third-party rights, or bypass security of AI systems we help you protect.
6. Warranty and liability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseAIEasily's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts competent for Budapest.
