This Privacy Policy explains how UseAIEasily (Budapest, Hungary) processes your personal data when you use our website, book consulting, enroll in AI courses, or contact us.
1. Data we collect
Contact form data (name, email, message), billing data processed by Stripe, Discord user ID when linking membership, and standard analytics data (anonymized IP, page views) via Google Analytics 4.
2. Why we process it
To respond to inquiries, deliver purchased services, fulfill membership subscriptions, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations under GDPR and Hungarian law.
3. Legal basis
Consent (analytics, marketing), contract performance (service delivery, purchases), and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
4. Data sharing
We use Stripe for payments, Discord for community access, Google Analytics for traffic analysis, and Resend/email providers for transactional mail. No personal data is sold.
5. Retention
Contact data is kept for 24 months after last interaction. Billing records are retained 8 years under Hungarian accounting law. Analytics data is retained per Google's defaults.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection at any time by emailing hello@useaieasily.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH).
